If you have Chinese Parents Owning a Chinese Restuarant

If you are chinese and your dad or mom owns/manages a chinese reautrant, you are like super, super lucky if you don't need to work there.

Every summer since 5th grade, i have been working at my dad's restaurant for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, no break. I don't even get paid. Even if i get 5$ an hour, i would have like a few grand right now.

This sucks. I keep getting yelled at by my dad if I do something wrong. he yells at me for being slow (literally, not mentally). It's cuz imma so effing tired. I get 6 hours of sleep every night now! Dx

Every night when i come home, i need to catch up with my social life on facebook and AIM and such. i go to sleep at 2 and wake up at 8. it's pretty brutal!
