Blogger's Shortcomings

You guys might have noticed the template change to Creative Art (it used to be Welcome Autumn). I really liked Welcome Autumn, but the images just wouldn't load properly so I had to move to Creative Art. That's not to say that Creative Art doesn't have problems either.

I had to go through the CSS and edit it so that the Archive, Contact Us, and About links at the top would point to the right place. Then I had to create pages for those three, and find a way to fix the "Posted on undefined undefinied" problem. I fixed it to show the date, but it can't show the time I posted it at now.

And for the Flickr photostream at the very bottom, I still haven't made it show my own photos yet. I might eventually get rid of that part if I can't make it show my photos without having me update it all the time.

This template annoyed me a lot, but it was also one of the best ones (by that, I mean it looks the best) out there for Blogger. If only Blogger had all of Wordpress's features. I mean, there is a reason I still stick with Blogger, but I'd love it more if Blogger were as efficient as Wordpress. You'd think that for all the power that the Google empire holds, they might be able to surpass Wordpress.
